  • Happy Friday from TOVS Towers!

Here’s the weekend & next week’s top picks, keeping our freelancers busy:

The Graham Norton Show returns to our screens tonight on BBC One at 10.35pm. We’re so excited about the star-studded line-up (even more so than usual!). Graham will be chatting to Bradley Cooper, Lady Gaga, Jodie Whittaker & Ryan Gosling. Plus there will be music from the one & only Rod Stewart!

Saturday at 8.35pm on ITV1 it’s The X Factor & the start of the Six Chair Challenge (what, already?!). This year each judge has a golden button, which guarantees one act in their line-up a place in the final six, meaning that once they have a seat, they cannot be swapped out. How exciting!

A New series - Back To Mine starts Sunday at 3pm on ITV1. What can you tell about a person from their home? This is a dating show in which singletons hunt for a potential partner by rifling through their home before they've even met!

We’re all hooked on The Circle. It’s hard to keep up with all the drama! Be sure to tune in Sunday (& everyday next week!) at 10pm on Channel 4.

On Tuesday it’s the first episode of Gold Rush: Parker’s Trail series 2 on Discovery at 9pm. After narrowly escaping the jungles of Guyana, South America, Parker Schnabel and his team reunite to reveal many untold stories of their mining adventure.

Don’t miss Your Face Or Mine – a brand new series on Comedy Central Wednesday at 8pm. Jimmy Carr & Katherine Ryan return with the game show that puts couples to the test as TOWIE's Gemma Collins and James `Arg' Argent compete for charity. Oh shut up!

It’s a really big week of sport up & down the country too including:

Rugby at Saracens, Exeter, Leicester & Gloucester
Horse Racing at Newmarket & Newbury
The Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix
Champions League football at Tottenham & both Manchester clubs
