PROFILE

Alex started his career at Fountain Television Studios in Wembley where he was trained on the studio floor as a Sound Assistant. Here he worked on a cross section of Light Entertainment, Music & Boom shows before moving onto Fountain TV in New Malden where he was offered the position of Sound Supervisor & Dubbing Mixer.

Later that year he moved back to Wembley as Head of Sound taking on all the responsibilities of maintaining & running the audio for two 65,000 square foot studios. These included attending production meetings, planning shows & working with a multitude of people from different television backgrounds on a wide cross section of shows.

Alex made the leap into the freelance world in 2001 & has not looked back. He is enthusiastic & proactive as well as having all the knowledge to back it up which makes him an asset to any studio or OB environment as an Audio Engineer, Grams Op or Sound Supervisor!
