Responsible for recording, editing and transmission using mainly
Ampex equipment using the Quad 2” format on AVR2’s and the
1” C format on VPR2, VPR3 and VPR6 machines.
B format 1 inch and C format 525 were also used.
Although based at 80 Wood Lane, some work entailed studio VT at BBC TV Centre
