| PROFILE | |||
Phil is a very experienced Editor specialising in high quality productions including quick turnaround multicamera shows, sitcoms, entertainment shows, sports, in fact almost all genres. Phil loves variety & has had the privilege of working with some of the very best including David Lean, Nicolas Roege, Sidney Lotterby, Baz Taylor, Tony Charles & Phil Pilley to name but a few. Having been trained at the BBC Phil has an excellent technical understanding so he is capable of seeing a production through from offline to transmission including taking care of the grade, producing a final audio mix & fixing Harding issues. One of his highlights was working with Sony designing & implantating simultaneous UHD & HD live production at the 2018 FIFA World Cup for the host broadcaster. He has been involved in landmark award-winning programs like, The Second World War In Colour, Jimmy Savile Exposed, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire & I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here where he was supervising editor & designed the edit workflow. Phil loves a new challenge & working with production to get the very best out of a show & is happy to work remotely.
