Formally a staff Vision Engineer at Televideo Spencer got involved in all vision aspects of an OB, from organising and loading any necessary equipment to being in the scanner racking cameras. On site he rigs all the relevant positions using fibre transport and various other cables that enable a successful broadcast. Spencer has experience with Gigawave RF camera transmitters, receivers and Vislink telemetry systems. On base days he maintained equipment and cables so they were consistantly serviceable.
